  1. Jim was such a sweet man. He lived in the memory care section where I work, but before he moved over to memory care, he was in assisted living, which is where I met him. We often talked about our time at Cleveland High School, even though I am younger and weren’t there at the same time. We talked about the music teacher and whenever he got off the elevator, he would be singing. He loved to sing. My heart goes out to everyone in the family, especially those that I got to know from their visit.s. He will be missed by us as I’m sure you all will miss him. May you always remember happy times and happy moments. He’s with Pat again, may he rest in peace.. Although I can’t attend services, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

  2. Growing up near the Wagstaff family, my mom would trust Mr. Wagstaff to sharpen her knives. And let her know when pork steaks were on super sale. As a kid I remember their home was a welcoming place by both Pat and Jim. And a dog names Wags, Wags 2… Jim had a comforting smile. As wide as I am sure the bowling trophy shelf is. Eternal rest grant unto him, O’ Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon him.

  3. Jim was a sweetheart of a guy and a great friend. He and my brother were best friends living a block apart as kids, and then unknowingly both moved to the same subdivision after graduating from Cleveland High School. They both enjoyed bowling and were in each other’s weddings. I was the little sister by 11 years and would come occassionally come across Jim as I worked for Schnucks. He will be missed.
