Watts, Kenneth Robert 59 of Rich Hill MO, formerly of St. Louis, passed away July 30th, 2026. Kenneth was a proud retired union laborer for Vee-Jay Cement Contracting Company and member of LiUNA Local 110. He was a current member of Kirkwood Lodge #484 A.F. & A.M., St Louis, MO and a current member of Moolah Shrine. He also belonged to the Sword of Bunker Hill and was a member of the Kentucky Colonels. Kenneth was the dear son of Richard A. Watts and Karen Chapman; dear father of Maria L. & Michael A. Watts; dear brother of Jean Louis C. Watts; dear uncle of Austin J. & Alexis J. Watts; dear grandpa of Jaylynn Watts; dear great uncle of Athala R. & Addison H. Watts; and dear significant other of Glenda Cox. He was a lifetime friend to Dr. Joseph Spalitto; John Shaner and Joe Schlotmann.
Services: Memorial Visitation Saturday, August 8th, 2026, at 12pm followed by 2:00pm Mason Service at Kutis Funeral Home, 10151 Gravois Road, St. Louis. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Poten Tate’s Choice Fund at Moolah Shrine Center, 12545 Fee Fee Road, Creve Coeur, MO 63146.

I know its been a while since I’ve seen or talked to you but I want you to know I love you and will cherish all the amazing memories I had with you! Especially all the camping trips to Lake Timberline! I know you will watch over me, my daughter kaylee, your kids & your granddaughter! I also know you would be so proud of me as a woman & a mother! Your opinions always meant a lot to me!

We meet only a time or two, but I wanted to tell you that it was your father who encouraged me first, to join the Army after high school then to become a firefighter & paramedic.
His guidance and kind words changed my life for the better.
