Waugh, Rose Marie

August 7, 1945 - July 9, 2025

Rose Marie Waugh, nee Wagner passed away on July 9, 2025. Born in St Louis, Rose Marie was a wonderful wife, mother, sister and friend. Rose Marie grew up in St. Louis and graduated from Bishop DuBourg H.S., and finished her Master’s Degree in art education from Webster University. She worked throughout her life in St. Louis and was widely loved by all.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Waugh, daughters Ann Laiben and Mary Gubler from her first marriage, and grandchildren Alexander and Nicholas Gubler, Emily and Molly Laiben. She was predeceased by her father and mother Anton & Rosa Wagner, her first husband John Lynch (d. 1998), and her beloved brother John Wagner.
Rose Marie’s final resting place will be at Resurrection Cemetery with her parents.
