Michael Robert Wendl
5-May-1998 to 29-March-2024
Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church. Beloved son of Michael C and Pamela M Wendl (nee Bjerkness). Cherished brother of Nicholas and Thomas. Dear grandson of Michael J and Betty Wendl and Janis and the late Robert Bjerkness. Dear nephew of Steve and Stephanie Wendl, Susan and Steve Gallagher, Colleen McMahon, Paul Bjerkness and Erin Folan. Favorite cousin of Joe (Becky) Wendl, John (Anna) Bjerkness, Kathryn Bjerkness, Alex (Shelby) Wendl, Amy Wendl, Daniel Gallagher and Anton Gallagher. Michael was loved and cherished by many great aunts and uncles, additional cousins, and close family friends.
Michael taught us about unconditional love, patience, and service to others. He was God’s gift to us. Michael fulfilled his purpose and was called home to our Heavenly Father. God’s wisdom is beyond our understanding. Michael was of the purest of heart and has now been made whole. One day we will meet again and have all the conversations he was never able to have on Earth. But, for now, we are so sad we are no longer together as a family. He will be dearly missed.

“Agape love is unconditional, never dependant on reciprocity, and given freely in the most challenging times”. Agape love is the highest form of love and it is appropriated from God. Mike, Pamela, and family, you shined a bright light to us all on the meaning and doing of love.
