I loved you Ricky. You were always a gentleman and dear friend.. My thoughts and prayers are with you and when I think of you, it will always be with a smile. I will miss you always.
I worked with you and your uncle’s at Gravois Post Office on Ridgewood 63116
Our memories of Rick are that of a sweet and kind man. Mike and I both had the honor of working with Rick at South County. His smiling face will be missed. Nancy was waiting for you Rick and now you two will be together forever with Our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Best neighbor ever. Wouldn’t hesitate a second to help us with bringing in groceries, giving us mail, taking out and bringing in trash cans, I could go on forever but will never meet another neighbor like Rick, not to mention Nancy as well. We will miss you both immensely and cry.
Couldn’t ask for a better neighbor. One of the best lawns in the neighborhood. God speed, you’ll be missed.
Rick was the grandfather of Tod and Nichole Werner’s children. He always would visit and care for them when needed. I met Rick through visiting my son ‘s family who lived next door to them. He joined in on neighborhood events as we participated in also. Our last conversation was pleasant as normal, such a sweet man. May he rest now in peace. Condolences to all.
We love the Werner family. Rick and Nancy were the first people we met in our neighborhood when we moved in and we had the happy circumstance of being friends and neighbors all these years. They cared for neighbors – and my mom in particular – like family. So much fun to watch Dana and Todd grow up right in front of us (across the cul de sac). Their close family relationships are a testament to the remarkable people and parents that Rick and Nancy have been.
With love from Pam (Watson) Harlow
