In Loving Memory

White, Larry Mike

83, of Midlothian, Virginia, died on April 19, 2023.

Beloved husband of 48 years of Jeanne (nee Diliberto); loving father of Martin Edward White (Tricia), and of Lindsey Marie Brusnighan (Todd); proud grandfather of Allison, Curtis, Molly, Lena, Rylan, and Mae; great-grandfather to Charlette and Sophie.  Larry was one of the three children of Curtis and Wilma (Dixon) White, both deceased.  He loved spending time with surviving siblings:  Mona Poole (Richard) and Ed White (Shirley).  He was a special uncle to Pam Viduszinski (Joe), Cathy Stadler (Richard), Mike Smith (Carol), Steve Ryals (Karen), and Jeff Ryals (Tressa).   Employed by Reynolds Metals Corp and its subsidiary company, Southern Gravure Corporation, for 45 years, Larry worked in both sales and managerial positions. Ingenuity, perseverance and wit defined his life.A great problem solver, Larry enjoyed fixing  things and readily offered his skills to family and friends.  He was a great punster and passed the “groaner gene” to his son. Larry excelled in any sport he tried:  football, a state champion wrestler, handball , and, finally, golf.  He loved golf and the group of friends he played with at the Highlands Golf Club in Chesterfield, Virginia.  Twenty years of retirement were marked with traveling, golfing, spending winters in Florida and visiting family.  Larry felt very blessed and grateful for his wonderful family and life.  We sincerely thank The Laurels of Willow Creek in Midlothian, Virginia, for the excellent care and support they provided Larry and his family.

SERVICES: A celebration of life will be at Kutis Funeral Home, 10151 Gravois Road on Saturday, May 20.  Visitation will be 10 – 12 with service and internment following.  A luncheon will be held at Pietro’s 3801 Watson Road.
