Whitener, Lurene (nee White), Entered into her Heavenly home on Friday, Febfruary 22, 2019. Beloved wife of the late TC Whitener; loving mother of Brenda (Mike) Willard, David Whitener and the late Jackie Ray Whitener, Larry (survived by Margaret) Whitener and Roger Whitener; adored grandmother and great-grandmother; cherished aunt of Jackie White and Mary Widitz, and many other nieces and nephews, and friend to many.

M😍M as an official by me her middle name. She was the 15th child born of her Dear Mother. So, I guess they ran out of names by the time she was born. A farm gurl poor by the world standards. She chipped and picked cotton to get a little money as a tween. Married my Dad at age 15. She had Five kids. A great cook and Great Dearest M😍M. She hopped to live to go to Grace. In The Rapture! Passed in Faith and a prayerful heart. A saint M😍M!
