Willhoite, Joan R. (nee Edwards) Tuesday July 11, 2023, at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Gordon L. Willhoite. Dear mother of Penny (Robert) Staver, Wendy (Gary) Franklin and the late Steven (survived by Kathy) Willhoite. Our dear grandmother of 6, great grandmother of 6, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend.

A celebration of life will be held at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Saturday August 5 at 10:00 am. Private Interment will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Joan was a member of Concord Trinity United Methodist Church and participated in the Twilight Singers Vocal Group. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Shriners Hospital appreciated.

  2. I became acquainted with Joan when she started attending Concord Trinity Methodist Church. She was a charming lady and always positive and pleasant to be around. She loved her family and her church.
