Passed away on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026.

Cyndi treasured her time spent with her family, friends, and fur babies.  Among her passions were animals, the environment, and traveling the world. Working as a Sales Leader in healthcare, Cyndi was known for her professional excellence and skills at managing her talented staff.  After retiring Cyndi traveled the world with her husband Russ, her step-children Ben & Sammy, and her niece Brittany.  The best friend anyone could ever ask for, Cyndi was known for her strength, loving support, generosity, and constant encouragement for those closest to her to achieve happiness.  Cyndi’s unwavering love and wisdom will be sorely missed and she will be loved forever.

Beloved wife of Russell Williams; dear stepmother of Benjamin and Samantha Williams; cherished daughter of the late Gary and Ellen Black (nee Sides); loving sister of Michael Wilson; adoring aunt of Brittany Ann Grainger (nee Wilson) and Ashley Umfleet (nee Wilson); our dear cousin and friend to many.

  1. My best friend, my soul sister whom I never missed a beat with in 43 years…I love you forever.
All will keep your every memory alive and well… every period of your life will not be forgotten from childhood to adulthood and beyond… we’ve laughed 1000 laughs and cried 1000 cries…. We’ve had an exceptional ride most would envy… I will miss your infectious laughter, your drive, our talks, our language that only the two of us understood, your ability to bring women together to make even more friendships along the way was amazing…. We love and miss you forever, my dear sweet girl, Cyndi.
    Love you,
    Ang
