In Loving Memory

Williams, Robert W.

December 29, 1962 - January 19, 2026

Loving companion of Heather M. Swarringin and a dear friend to many.

Rob honorably served our country in the United States Air Force, and many communities, as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. He truly had a passion for his work and providing the best care to his patients.

He was a distinctive, generous man who had a way of making every person he met feel significant and valued. He had a cheerful, optimistic spirit along with a smile that could light up any room. His contagious laugh was recognizable from afar and brought joy to everyone.

Rob certainly touched the lives of so many people, whether it was from a simple greeting, mentoring, or just providing a friendship like none other. Rob considered his closest friends to be his family.

SERVICES:  Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel (10151 Gravois Road Affton, Missouri 63123) on Friday, January 30, 9:30 a.m. until funeral service at 11:30 a.m.  Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children’s Hospital appreciated.

Condolences

  1. I can still hear your contagious laugh, the kind that lifted a room without trying. You had such a subtle, meaningful way of mentoring and offering guidance—especially in moments when it felt like no one else noticed. I was truly looking forward to seeing you again soon, but now I hold onto prayers for another day, another time. You will be deeply missed and always remembered with love. Many prayers lifted to those who loved him the most. The world is truly short a beautiful person.
