So sorry for all of our loss. She was a delightful addition to any environment.
Shirley was our neighbor for many years. In all that time there was never a dull moment. We shared much laughter and so many smiles. That’s how we remember her with fondness

Shirley was a delight to work with, always with a smile, a chuckle, and a good story. I know she will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved her. I sure hope Kevin was waiting with open arms and got that first dance in heaven. Rest in Peace my friend.
Sorry to learn of her passing. Shirley was truly a loving individual and cared about everyone.
Will miss my Gemini friend and our birthday celebrations over many, many years. Remembering all the St. Pat’s Day celebrations with Terri Higgins and fun times at Thurmer’s. So many memories at ACIC/DMAAC of a wonderful friend full of life and fun and silliness. The stories we could tell girlfriend! Rest in Heavenly Peace until we see each other again my friend. We will all miss you sorely Shirley. 🙏
Love, Rose
Shirley and I were BFF’s for years. We grew up next door to each other on Goetz Ave. we became friends immediately after she moved in and stayed that way through high school. When I did see her after that it was like we had never been apart. I knew her whole family very well and spent a lot of time at her house.. she was a wonderful beautiful person and a part of the best times in my life. I’m so sad to hear of her passing and only have fond and loving memories of her. Hopefully her and Kevin are happy and resting peacefully
Aunt Shirley wrote me while overseas.
Hadnt seen her in so long at the time her letters really surprised me.
She always kept me positive and thankful.
Miss you Aunt Shirley, love you. Thank you,
God Bless you .
I’ve known Shirley since 1968 when we both worked for the Aeronautical Chart and Information Center. She was an excellent employee who worked hard and created many friendships throughout ACIC. We shared many memorable work experiences. Shirley had a great sense of humor and loved to join her co-workers after hours to relieve stress over a cold beer. I cherish our friendship and deeply regret her passing.
I’m so sorry for your loss of a wonderful person they were all my extra family that welcomed me in to their home she was like a big sister and will truly be missed by all
