Wohlschlaeger, Rickey R.

Rickey R. Wohlschlaeger, was born on May 3, 1958 to Randolph and Virginia (nee Kochner) Wohlschlaeger in St. Louis, MO, and entered into rest on Friday, July 5 at the age of 66.

Loving husband of 40 years to Brenda (nee Troup) Wohlschlaeger. Dear father of the late Timothy Wohlschlaeger, Alexander E. (fiancé Nicki Collins) Wohlschlaeger, and Andrew “Drew” (partner Colleen Hayes). Brother-in-law of Greg (the late Diann) Smith. Cousin, and friend to many.

Rickey was a dedicated Boy Scout leader, Counselor, and Den Leader having been on the Philmont High Adventure Camp four times. He loved gardening, and RV camping. Rickey was an expert vintner tending 400 of his own grapevines in the Wohlschlaeger Winery.

SERVICES: a VISITATI0N will be at the Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Wednesday, July 10 from 4 – 8 pm. A Funeral Service will be on Thursday, July 11 at 11 am. Interment at Park Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations in his honor appreciated to the American Lung Association.
