Zacher, Beverly Ann (nee Sachs)

Beverly Ann Zacher, nee Sachs, 81, of Webster Groves, MO passed away September 26, 2026 in Creve Coeur, MO. She was born July 28, 1945 in St. Charles, MO. While surrounded by family, she was called home after a long battle with ovarian cancer.

Beverly is survived by her children Lynn (Dennis) Zacher-Davis, Phillip (Tiffany) Zacher, Roger (Angela) Zacher, Miriam (Gabe) Ferguson, and Christopher Zacher, 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, loving sisters Sharon Meyer, Barbara Oppelz and Eunice Wagner, as well as longtime best friends Peggy and Denny Hannah.

Beverly is preceded in death by, Clarence Zacher, and her parents Gregory and Lorraine Sachs (nee Hunn)

Beverly was a cherished mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, daughter, cousin and friend to many. She would tell anyone that would listen that her greatest treasures were her five children and their families. She was proud to say that they were her true pride and joy, and her devotion to them touched their lives in so many ways. She was a member of Annunciation parish in Webster Groves and a woman of deep faith. Beverly was steadfast in her belief that one day she would be called home into the kingdom of Heaven. Her deep rooted faith in God carried her through the hardest battle of her life and her strength and courage were evident until the very end.

Some of her most cherished moments revolved around spending time with her children and their families, which included time spent with her “granddog” Waylon. Beverly, affectionately known as “Queen of the Crop”, always looked forward to weekends spent crafting with all of her beloved cropping friends and who’s friendships she treasured. She enjoyed countless hours working on her diamond art projects and word search puzzles. She also spent many hours watching the birds who visited her at the bird feeders in her backyard.

Beverly will be remembered for the simple things that brought her joy-the peaceful sounds of listening to the rain, her love of Elvis, butterflies and bison, and her favorite color purple. The memories she created, especially those shared with her family, will be cherished for generations to come.

Funeral from Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Saturday, October 3 at 9:30 am. to Annunciation Catholic Church for 10:00 am. Mass. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Friday 4-8 pm.
