  7. Rose, Mary Jane and family. Condolences from myself and Anita. I’m so sorry to hear of Tom’s passing. Tom along with you Mary Jane have been my friends for 68 years, longer then anyone. Although I have lived in California for 47 years Tom and I never lost touch over the years. We made it a point to get together on my trips back to St. Louis and phone calls over the years. I will be forever grateful that Tom made a special trip to visit my own brother Richard just days before passing in 1998. It truly made him happy to see his lifelong friend one last time. We have that special bond of being St. Adalbert’s alumni and growing in Walnut Park, a special neighborhood of the 1950’s ‘60’s.I have not only lost a life long friend but a “brother”.
RIP my brother. I hope you and Richard are together building “inventions” and playing ping pong

  17. To Rose and Mary Jane,
So sorry to hear about Tom’s passing. I knew Tom for 63 years. He was a good man and friend to many. I wonder how many games of ping pong the “Davison Boys” played with Tom in the basement. It kept us off the corner of Davison & Prange during cold winter nights. Not one of us had a winter coat so we really appreciated that. He will be missed by all us Walnut Park kids. My thoughts are with you and your family.

  31. Tom was a classmate of mine at Northwest High School in St. Louis.
He was one of the NICEST guys there.

A few years ago, we caught up with one another, by phone, over an upcoming picnic gathering for area Baden & Walnut Park “kids”.

Rest easy Tom…you definitely were one of the good ones.

Sympathies to your dear Rose & family.

  33. Rose, I just found out about Tom and I am so sorry. Now I know why I hadn’t heard from him for a while. Tom was the only one I was in contact with since we moved to North Caroline. He was a good person and very proud of his family. You are in our prayers.
