On Monday April 7, 2025. Loving husband of Janet Allen (nee Toenges). Beloved father of Amy (Scott) Litzau, Mandy (Scott) Terry, Alyssa (Brady Wishman) Allen and Cory (Sarah Pogue) Allen. Cherished grandfather of Ryan, Aiden, Braiden and Audrey. Dear brother of Jim (Charlotte) Allen. Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Services; Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel (5255 Lemay Ferry) on Tue. April 15th at 9:30AM. Interment JB National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Honor Flight Network appreciated. Visitation Monday 4-8PM.

  1. Jan I am so sorry to hear the news of Joes passing.. He is with God and out of pain. Life will be different but know he is at peace. My heart breaks known you are grieving so very much. God will help provide. And give you the strength to carry on. You are in my prayers. As Always.

  3. Jan, I know that you do not know us, we went to Hancock High School with Joe, as well as graduated with him in 1968. Joe had the sweetest personality and treated everyone with kindness and respect, always, Arlene has done our hair cuts for at least twenty years, what a sweet and kind lady she is. Please do accept our condolences and prayers for you and your family. May God bless and sustain you and your family through your time of need.
