  1. I have known James Bates since I met he’s daughter Vickie Bates in 6th grade in middle school we became best friends. I have known him for a long time and he was always so sweet, kind and funny to me. I loved James Bates so much and I am so sad he is gone. I am going to miss him so much. My thoughts and prayers are with the Bates family and I love you all so much.
