  1. I am so sorry about Ed, he was a good man and a great father. Steve is my best friend and a wonderful person, that obviously comes from great parenting. I wish he could’ve lived longer and made some more memories but at least he’s in heaven with Carol. Sending Love and prayers to all of the Beaudreau family in this sad time.

  13. Mr. Beaudreau was a man of few words, but they were always kind words. I only knew him in the last years of his life, but it was enough to see he was a good and honorable person. We need more like him in this world. Thoughts and prayers for the family.

  17. I worked with Ed for a number of years before his retirement. He was a very kind and caring man. I spent many lunch hours going with him for a Polar Pop or lunch supplement and there was no one who knew all the food haunts in St. Louis and on the IL side better than Eddie B. You were a great guy Eddie B!. I hope you enjoy the great smorgasbord up there!

  23. I will remember Ed as a devoted father and husband. He appreciated a good meal and time with his family. He was a devout Catholic. He sent his children to Catholic High School and this is where Ed’s son met my sister. Ed has blessed me with an amazing brother in law, two nephews and a niece. Ed your legacy lives on. Enjoy your heavenly rewards reunited with your beautiful Irish bride. Until we meet again. Love Amy
