In Loving Memory

Boos, Carla L

December 4, 1951 - March 12, 2026

Carla L. Boos (nee Lenz) entered into rest on Thursday, March 12, 2026.

Carla will be remembered as the loving wife of 54 years to Patrick Boos Sr.  Dear mother to Carrie (Justin) Boos-Finke and Patrick Boos Jr.  Doting grandmother to Victoria and Thomas Finke.  Beloved sister of Jason (Kathy) Lenz and Martha Wenkel.  Devoted aunt to Angie (Mike) Fister who selflessly cared for Carla in the years preceding her passing.  Carla was preceded in  death by her parents Milton and Billie Lenz and her Aunt Polly Tallman.  She was a dear great-aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Carla was a lifelong lover of performing arts, in summers she could be found singing and tapping along at The Muny. So in lieu of flowers please send donations to The Muny Theatre St. Louis so that generations to come can fall in love with musicals under the stars.

Services: A public visitation will take place at Kutis South County Chapel (5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Saint Louis, MO 63129) on Wednesday March 18th from 4-7pm. The funeral service will take place at Kutis South County Chapel the following day, Thursday March 19th, at 10am. Interment to follow at Park Lawn Cemetery.

  2. Carla was a lifelong friend. We went to the Muny together for over 40 years. She was there for me during all the important events of my life. We grew up together and grew old together. She’ll be remembered and missed for the rest of my life. I love her like a sister.
May she be at peace with our Lord and watch over all she loved.
