Ramón Enrique Bouché, Sr. passed away on May 24,2022 at the age of 87.
Ramón was born in David, Panama, he graduated high school from the Instituto National in Panama City, Panama in 1947. In 1958 Ramón entered the University of Wisconsin (Platteville) to study engineering. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin he attended the Colorado School of Mines (Golden) for his master’s in mining engineering. He went on to obtain his single-engine pilot license and a master’s degree in finance. Ramón spent most of his mining career in El Mochito, Honduras. In his retirement years he was an avid member of the Silver Sneakers programs at the Chesterfield and Wildwood YMCA.
Ramón was predeceased by his father, Enrique Bouché and his mother, Cristina Ríos de Bouché. He is survived by his siblings, Ricardo Alonso Bouché (Liliam Guerrero de Bouché), Olga María Bouché de Romero, Julieta Inés Bouché de Botello (Luis Alfredo Botello), and Alonso Enrique Bouché. Ramón is survived by his children, Carol Annette Bouché, Robert Alexander Bouché (Dawn), D. Cristina Frugoli (Damon), Ramón Enrique Bouché, Jr. (Susie) and Nicole Teresa Espino (Manual). Ramón is blessed with 21 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Ramón was a dear uncle, cousin and friend to many others.
A ”Celebration of Life and Memorial Mass” will be held on Monday, June 6, 2022 at Saint Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 2618 S Brentwood Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63144 at 9:30 a.m. Visitation will be held right before the ”Celebration of Life and Memorial Mass” at 8:30 a.m.
