  2. Sissy-As long as I can remember you have always remained close to the Ward side of the family. You always kept in touch with-me-even when mom and Auntie Linda were gone. I loved getting your homemade cards and your notes! I had no idea this Christmas would be the last one I would receive. I remember as a kid most of our vacations were back to Afton/St. Louis and always loved stopping by the Brauer house. Fond memories being a bridesmaid in Karen’s wedding, family reunions and get togethers, with the boys and Karen. You will be missed.
Paul (Joe), John, Leonard, Karen and Russell – Love you all and will be praying 🙏 for you and your families.

    With love, Jana Sue

  3. It is with a heavy heart that I pen my comment. Over the years, usually seven cousins (Roth family connection) met for lunch once a month to share news —- joys and sorrows. Now I am the last of that group.. I will remember Dee as being creative, fun-loving, “scrubby Dutch,” and deeply devoted to her faith. She was a treasure! To her dear family, I share your sorrow, and may we all find comfort and peace in the promises of a loving God. Love, Dianne Dietz Stever

  4. So sorry I was not able to make it to your Mom’s funeral. Aunt Dolores was a real go-getter. She loved card making just like I do. Talked to Jim, Bob’s brother, who was in attendance at the Funeral Home. He said it was so good to see all of you! Take care and God Bless you all!

  5. I’m so sorry to hear about Dee, she was a kind wonderful woman with a beautiful soul. She was a great Church partner and a sweet cousin -in-law I looked forward to seeing her at St.Mark on Sunday. I just heard from her Christmas she sounded happy and as well as you would expect. She was loved by everyone especially our late cousin Lu who told me the woman I was working with was her cousin on my Uncle Connie’s side It just made us closer when we saw each other. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. My husband’s heart failure has kept me away from church so I just saw her name in the bulletin, I’m so sorry to have missed her funeral but my prayers go to her family , I know she’s with Lu, Uncle Connie, and Aunt Susie with our Lord.
