  3. We were very sorry to hear of Ray’s passing. Ray was an excellent letter carrier and a dedicated member of the Letter Carriers’ Union in St. Louis for 60 years. He served with distinction as a Shop Steward, an Editor for the Mound City Carrier and the Vice Chairman of the Union’s Retirees organization. Ray was very serious about representing his fellow union members, but he also always had a funny story or a witty come-back to lighten everyone’s mood. He was a good friend and will be dearly missed. Our deepest sympathies go out to Charlotte and the entire family.
