Christine Dalton

In Loving Memory

Dalton, Christine Anne

Dalton, Christine Ann;  (nee: Steele)

In loving memory of Christine Anne Dalton, we celebrate a life that was filled with laughter, courage, and an unwavering love for her family. With a quick wit and a contagious sense of humor, she could light up any room and bring smiles to the faces of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her outspoken nature was a reflection of her authenticity and her willingness to speak her mind, always advocating for what she believed in.

She was the loving daughter of the late William Steele and Sylvia Standing. Beloved mother of Ike (Lisa) Dalton, Jake (Carrie) Dalton, and Julianne Dalton. Cherished grandmother of Ryan Karsznia, Vincent, Jack, Nora Dalton, Seth Axelrod, Jacob and James Dalton; dearest sister of the late Alan Steele, Nancy Harris (nee Steele), Johnathan Steele and Gail Steele.

One of her greatest joys was her role as Nana. Her bond with her grandchildren was truly unparalleled, as she poured her heart and soul into creating cherished memories and experiences for them. Her selflessness knew no bounds, and she devoted herself to ensuring their happiness and well-being.

As we bid farewell to Chris, let us remember the legacy she leaves behind. A legacy of laughter, strength, and an unconditional love that transcends time. She will forever remain in our hearts, a shining example of a life well-lived and a love that knows no bounds.

Services: Visitataton will be held on Wednesday Sept.6 2023 at the Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry St. Louis, MO 63129 from 4-8pm.

Trying to put into words how we feel about the loss of Chris is so much harder than we could have ever imagined.
Her smile and her sense of humor were contagious. Her love of life and her family and friends was commendable in so many ways. Her love of her home in England and her commitment to being a beacon to her family here in America were inspiring to those who knew her; all while never really showing how torn she was between the two continents. She was always missed by someone , somewhere. And now she will continue to be as such, while watching over all of us who she embraced, cherished and loved. Just as we all did her. We will forever love the memories she left us with. If only we could have spent more time together to create more memories. I’ll always remember when Chris and Julie came to visit us all in LA. It was such a fun visit.
Rest in Peace Sweet Sister and Aunt, Christine Dalton . You are reunited with your Mum and Dad and your big brother Alan and many other loved ones. Wishing nothing but love and hope for a peaceful transition for you. You will forever remain in our hearts.
With so much love from Nancy Harris (Steele), and Jason, Erin, Chloë and Emmë Urbanczyk.
