Deering, Martha Evelyn (nee Jones) entered peacefully into rest on Saturday, April 5, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Robert R. Deering; loving mother of Russell (Karla) Jones of Middletown, MO, Lila (James) Pace of Pevely, MO, Don (Beth) Nelson of St. Louis, MO, Steve (Jeannette) Nelson of Columbia, MO and the late Mary McKee of Lady Lake, Florida; cherished grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother to many; our dear sister, sister-inlaw, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to many.
Services: Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Monday, April 14, 9 a.m. Burial J.B. National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Mid-America Transplant Services appreciated https://www.midamericatransplant.org/. Visitation, Sunday 4-8 p.m.
Knowing Martha was a blessing for us all and a pleasure being a part of her life. She will never be forgotten. My sincere Condolences and Prayers for her family and friends. Last night I was at Uncle Bills and ordered the country fried steak sandwich she and I often ordered together. Such a sweet lady. Rest in peace .
