Passed peacefully at the age of 92, on Tuesday December 9, 2025. Loving husband of the late Virginia Dressler (nee Ashlock). Beloved father of William Dressler and Deborah Markus. Cherished grandfather of Richard (Mandy) Markus, Jessica (Matt) Schneider and Jocelyn Dressler, great grandfather of Ryan, Kaylee, Ellie, Jaxon and Myla. Our dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.
Neil served in the US Navy during the Korean War, MMI in the engine room on the USS Castor AKS-1. He was an avid boater and loved the water. He very much loved his family and friends.
Services: A Memorial Service will take place at St. John’s Evangelical United Church of Christ (11333 St John Church Rd Saint Louis, MO 63123) at 11am on Friday March 20th, 2026. Interment to follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
