February 17, 1959 – December 21, 2023

Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Thursday, December 21, 2023. Beloved son of the late Vasco and Anna Gasperoni; loving partner of Maureen “Mo” Butler; dad dog of Gus and Rosie; dearest brother of John (Linda) Gasperoni, Daren Gasperoni, Leeann (Greg) Markovitz and the late Kevin (survived by Maureen) Gasperoni; our dear nephew, uncle, great-uncle, cousin, godfather and friend of many.

Throughout his life Boomer was an avid athlete playing soccer, softball and rugby in his younger years and golf and pickleball in retirement.  In 2010, Boomer was inducted into the St. Louis Softball Hall of Fame and the Illinois Missouri Slow Pitch Softball Hall of Fame. Boomer enjoyed fishing and spending time entertaining in his infamous garage.

Memorial Service Saturday, January 13th at 10:30 a.m. at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Rd.  Inurnment at Resurrection Cemetery.  After inurnment, join the family and friends for a celebration of Boomer’s life at The Christy (5856 Christy Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63116).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the Sick and Elderly Program of the Hill, 2315 Macklind Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110.
