88, of St. Louis County, Missouri, passed away, Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. Born July 6, 1930, in Black, MO, he was the son of the late Raymond and Bessie (Hughes) Goggin.
Noel is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Mildred Alene Goggin; daughters Retha
(Willard) Asberry, Karen Goggin,
Tammy (Michael) Steimel; sister Maude Morgan; nine loving grandchildren, David Asberry, Timothy Asberry, Joel Asberry, Kimberly (Timothy) Moeckli, Brian (Jessica) West, Kenneth Steimel, Christopher Steimel, Amanda Steimel, Matthew Steimel; six great-grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Steven Noel Goggin and his daughter, Kathy Denise Goggin.
Noel worked as a general contractor for 40+ years. His passion for building and remodeling can be seen throughout the St. Louis area. He was an honorable man who provided his family with love and security, always lent a helping hand to those in need, and shared his smile with everyone.
Services: Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, on Friday, November 23. Funeral services for Noel will be at Kutis on November 24 at 12:00 p.m. Noel will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park (Affton). Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
