In Loving Memory

Grzovic, Lawrence “Larry”

Grzovic, Lawrence “Larry”, fortified with the sacraments of Holy Mother Church on April 10, 2022.

Only son of the late Michael and Anne Grzovic (Maricic). Loving husband of the late Carol Ann (nee Poenicke). Cherished father of Michael, Matt (Jen), Mark (Lisa) and Ann-Marie (Keith) Faughn. Beloved Grandfather of Connor, Anna, Ryan, Alyson, Sydney, Harriet and Grayden. Our dear uncle and friend. Favorite biped of Sipsy, Bella and Sniffy Jr. Larry was a respected accountant with a knack for finding and resolving problems. He was a proud Scouter and served in many roles including Cub Master, Scout Master and Unit Commissioner. He was a self-taught electrician, plumber, handyman and boat builder. Larry was a skilled woodworker, collector of tools and hoarder of select scraps and species of wood. He was a member of the St. Louis Woodworkers Guild and a former president of the Friendship Village model railroad club.

Services: Memorial visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Saturday, April 23, 1:00 pm until time of memorial service at 3:00 pm. Instead of donations, the family would hope that you do a “good turn” – an unexpected and unsolicited act of kindness – for someone in need.
