Hardy, Jesse J.

Passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from natural causes. Beloved son and only child of Terri Renfrow. Jesse loved his step-father Timothy Flagg as well as his step brothers Christopher Flagg and Phillip Mertz. He is preceded in death by his father James Hardy, grandparents Jesse and Dorothy, and great-grandparents William and Emma.

He was a graduate of the University of Wyoming and was dedicated and tenacious as an attorney in the Franklin County Public Defenders office in Union. He believed that everyone deserves good representation, and gave his all in court. He loved hiking and exploring, working on cars, cooking fabulous food, travelling, and spending time with his family.  He will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be at Kutis Affton Chapel on Friday June 9th at 10:00 AM with interment at Lakewood Park Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday June 8th from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.

  5. I am so very sorry for your great loss. I had the pleasure of working with Jesse while he was in Gillette, Wy. Jesse was not only a wonderful attorney, he was an amazing person. As one mother to another mother, the loss of a child has no words. I am lifting you and your family up in prayer.
