Gerry Lee Lewis  Sunday, October 2, 2022  Loving dad of Jennifer Lee Vawter and Gary Robert Lewis. Dear grandpa of Austin, Andrew, Adam, Chase, Bradley, Terry Jane, Amanda (Tyler), Halley, Sophia, Gavin, and Jayson; great grandpa of Riley and Elizabeth; beloved son of Carrie and the late Cobrin Lewis; dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.  He served proudly in the U.S. Army then the National Guard, and the Navy. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He was most proud of his family and country.

Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, Friday, October 7, 9:30 AM. Visitation Thursday 4:00- 7:00 PM. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

  3. So so sorry Gary you were your Aunt Dixie pride and joy . I remember all your letters when you were serving our country . At least a letter a week to mom. You shared your journey with her . You fly high and watch over your family .

I’m so glad i had you, I’m going to miss your voice and you calling to check up on me and always putting your family first. You will never be forgotten, and I will make sure your name lives on.
