We are truly sorry for your double loss, losing your Mom and Dad. We are keeping your family in our prayers and trust you will find comfort in the promise of the resurrection that God gives. Knowing that your dad was a policeman and your mom worked for the special school district should make you proud that they both tendered very special service during their lives.

I met Mike a the St. Louis Genealogy Society about 15 years ago. Mike was studying German and translated several items for me. Mike was always ready to help with any project that was going on, from data entry, research, or labeling quarterly bulletins, to be mailed.
I had an uncle that drowned in the lagoon in Forest Park, and I was showing Mike the Coroner’s Report on the death. Mike noticed that the three police officers involved, were his training officers when he entered the Police Academy.
Mike was a joy to work with and will be missed by all who knew him.

I enjoyed Mike’s “ Pastor Frederick Picker’s St. Louis Churches and Cemeteries” that he wrote for the SLGS.
