She was an avid reader, reading several hundred books a year. Traveling was another passion of Marjeane’s, from Hawaii to Europe, from Canada and to Mexico, from the west coast to the east coast.
SERVICES: Memorial service at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL (10151 Gravois Rd., 63123) on Friday, March 6th, 1:30 PM. Inurnment at Park Lawn Cemetery.
I remember her well from my high school days at Northwest in the 1960’s. I was not one of her math students, but she was so generous and kind to me . I had my picture and article in our school newspaper and, due to the added expense, the rule at the time was one copy of the quarterly publication per student. She gave several copies to share among family and friends. That was almost 60years ago, but I can recall her outreach as if it occurred yesterday. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.
