  2. On behalf of the Rothwell family, Erin will be truly missed. In her many years working at Insurance Advisors she had been Tom’s right hand person. She worked hard to make sure that all of the customers were treated with the best of care. Russ and Jane valued having her expertise with all matters that assisted the customers and considered her an extended member of the family. Shari will miss getting her monthly subscription of National Enquire magazines that Erin had been sharing with her for nearly 30 years. Rachel and Nathan both remember many an adventure to the office where Erin was quick to extend a friendly smile and would put them to “work”. May her memory be a blessing.

  3. I just called and was informed of Erin’s passing. I was stunned of course. Although we never met in person we talked many times and she was like a rock. Always friendly, personable, professional, and on top of all our business dealings. Always quick to answer any questions and if she didn’t have an answer right away she got back to me promptly. I never had any kind of problem or issue with Erin. She was a pleasure to work with and a friend. I just wanted to let someone know how important she was for so many years. Very sorry for your loss.

  10. Erin was one of those office people a good company like IA could not get along without. Fortunately for IA, and me and my family (all customers) , IA has several the staff members like Erin. “I won’t forget her and I’m glad I met her.” I loved working with her and talking to her.
