  1. So sorry to hear of your difficult situation. Gary was one of a kind. I know his employer is going to miss him terribly. Gary would always go out of his way to help anyone who needed help and always doing behind the scenes work for everyone. I pray that God wraps his arms around all that are affected by this tragic loss and comforts them. May God continue to bless and guide you in this current situation.

  8. Thank you to Gina, Jessica, and Meghan. I will always smile when I think of him and your family. You were all a massive part of our lives. I know this is an incredible loss for all of you.

The three years that Gary coached my daughter, Nicole (a/k/a Lefty to Gary), in club volleyball were some of the best years of my life. He intended only to coach that team for one year. The parents talked him into the second year and then the third. He and Gina were great coaches and made it fun for the parents. The girls were champions, and Gary was our hero. We would have loved him to continue coaching through high school. The skills he taught to 11, 12, and 13-year-old girls carried most of them to college scholarships. That team was #1 in the country with Gary. Now, Gary is the Ace in heaven.

I’ll say a prayer for you every time I see a volleyball. Sleep with the Angels and rise with the Saints, Gary!
