Powell, Clifford E. passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2022.

Beloved husband of Willa Powell (nee Byars) of 62 years; dearest father of Tammy (David Montour) Powell and Dawn Powell Tullock; dear Popo of Zachary (Kathleen) Bristoe, Adam Bristoe, Paris and Jack Tullock; brother of Nancy (the late Don) Foens; loving son of the late Marvin and Nellie Powell (nee Fortner), our dear uncle, cousin and friend of many.

Visitation Wednesday, October 26, 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society.
