 passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020
Born in Chaptico, Maryland on August, 21, 1939 to the late Fax and Ella Pilkerton.
Beloved wife of the late Troy Paul Redman, Sr.; loving mother of Troy (Lisa) Redman, Jr., dear grandmother of Lauren (fiancée Zach Boemler) and Kyle Redman; dear great-grandmother of Reese Boemler; dear sister of Joyce (the late Jim) Shook, Mary (Mike) Farr, Lawrence (Kit), Anthony (the late Linda Mae), Don (Gloria Jean), Jay (Virginia), Stanley (Tina), the late Billy (Kay Ann) and the late Leonard Pilkerton; dear aunt, sister-in-law, cousin and friend.
Peggy graduated from Margaret Brent High School in Helen, Maryland. She worked in the restaurant business for many years as banquet manager at “The Flaming Pit” restaurant in Crestwood, “Time of the Tiger” restaurant in Creve Coeur and Il Vesuvio Italian restaurant in Crestwood. Peggy retired after working many years for the Special School District.
Peggy’s favorite food was picking and eating Maryland Blue Crabs. She loved to camp, fish, travel and gamble. Stud poker was her favorite game and you could always deal her in at a moments notice.
She dearly loved her grandchildren and newest addition, her great Grand Daughter Reese or “Baby Reesey” as she called her.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL 10151 Gravois Tuesday January 5, 9:30 AM. Interment JB National Cemetery. Memorials to Alzheimer’s Association appreciated. Visitation Monday January 4, 4:00PM-8:00 PM.
