In Loving Memory

Richardson, Bobby

December 23, 1954 - May 26, 2025

Bobby Richardson, age 70, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Dianne Richardson, and a devoted family who will forever cherish his memory.

Bobby was a loving father to his daughters: the late Felicia, Tonya (Dave), Katie (Mike), Angie (Mike), Jamie (Roy), and Jackie (Tony). He was a proud grandfather to Eean, Felicia, Amber, Makenzie, Mason, Savannah, Patrick, and Addison, all of whom will carry forward his spirit and love.
He is also survived by his sister Janet (Ralph), sister-in-law Donna and Denise, brother-in-law Greg, and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will continue to hold him close in their hearts.
Bobby worked for many years at the YMCA, where he found joy in serving his community. At home, he was known for his homemade chicken and dumplings, a family favorite that brought everyone together. Bobby enjoyed watching Judge Judy, always quick with a laugh or a witty comment. But above all, he treasured spending every moment with his family, which brought him his greatest happiness.
Bobby was full of joy and had a wonderful sense of humor that brought laughter and light to everyone around him. His warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to his loved ones touched countless lives. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation and funeral services will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Kutis Funeral Home in Affton, with burial immediately following at Resurrection Cemetery.

  1. I talked to Bobby at the Wildwood Y all the years he worked there. I remember how friendly he was to all the members. He was my daughter’s supervisor when she first started working there. He guided her through her duties with patience. Kathy could not have asked for a better supervisor.

I hope you find comfort in your memories of your husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and brother.

  4. Diane, the only contact I have for you obviously is the old Panera crap. I would love to have lunch sometime when things settle down a little. Up to you, I’m glad you have family around at such a time. XOX
