Leroy was retired from the U. S. Coast Guard as a W4 Warrant Officer after 30 years of service. He was a school bus driver for Fox C-6 School District for 11 years, and was a member of Arnold V.F.W. Post 2593, Arnold American Legion Post 281 and Arnold Masonic Lodge 673.
Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Wednesday, March 11 at 11:00 am. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Jefferson Barracks V. A. Hospital appreciated. Visitation Tuesday 4-6 pm.
My mom & dad (Ray & Stella Baum) have been gone since 2004. I remember them speaking of Leroy Rosa @ the VFW. Your dad was a true American hero.
Leroy was one of my favorite things about VFW Post 2593! We will all miss him. He gave many years of service to the VFW mission, and was a lot of fun to spend time around.
Bob and I had such great times with Leroy and Betty and John and Debbie. He truly was one of the best – my sympathy to Doug, Julie, and Becky on the passing of this wonderful man. Hoping he has a Stag and. Cigar in his hand! Rest in peace Leroy! 😢❤️🙏
