Condolences to his fiancé and family. Jim was always polite and smiling as he grew up with Charlie. We last time we saw him was at a Cardinal game in August, as we sat next to him Brandon, Maddie and Kendall. They were having so much fun, Jim was very into the game. My heart breaks for you all. So unfair to lose such a great guy.
