  1. I would like to express my deepest condolences for the loss of our beloved family member, Aunt Patricia. I will always remember the times that she visited us in Greece. Aunt Patricia was a truly memorable person, and she will forever remain in our hearts. Sending love and strength to all her loved ones.

  2. During a number of years, I would say 10, Pat was our son’s Special School District educator. She came to our house every school day and taught him not just the courses that he needed to graduate, but also American culture and customs to the whole family. Needless to say, our families became really close, like families. We have so many great memories in these past 35 years, the last time we picked up Pat and Demetrius to go for lunch, it was April of 2023, few days before their last trip to Greece. My family and I will always have Pat in my mind and heart.

  3. I would like to express our deepest sadness on the passing of our beloved Aunt, Pat. Pat was part of our lives from the time I and my siblings were born, and after the formation of my new family consisting of Melina and Aris-Panagiotis. My memories stem not only from Pat’s frequent visits to Greece (with Demetrios, and occasionally with Jennifer and her family), but also from a few chances we had in spending time together in the US during the 90’s. Not only did I cherish Pat’s pleasant and easygoing character, but I also admired Pat’s committment to her daughter and grand-daughter, who at times greatly needed her sincere love and devotion. I also admired Pat’s true aquaintance of our greek family (Demetrios’ parents and relatives); for instance, Pat kept family records and re-distributed photographs of the Sarantites family, which would have been lost without her diligence. Even from a remote location, Pat was able to contribute to the unity of our greater greek family!
@Pat: Aris-Panagiotis, Melina and Kyriakos will miss you dearly. We just hope you are now at a better place.

  4. I would like to express our deep sadness on the passing of our beloved Aunt Pat. Pat has been around us, from the times my siblings and I were born, and her presence was always felt not only when she and Demetrios visited Greece, but also from the intercontinental distance out of the US. Pat embraced and respected the greek – sometimes amusing – traditions. She appreciated the idea of an extended greek family, and in her own way, contributed to keep the family united. She also kept old pictures of our now deceased family members and kindly redistributed them to the family in digital form, so the records are still retained. Notably, I admired her kindness and devotion when she stood by her daughter, and later also her grand-daughter, at the times they needed her love the most.

Pat, we will miss you greatly, and always remember you with a smile.
With love – Kyriakos, Melina and Aris Panagiotis.

  6. I was deeply saddened to hear of Pat’s death. I was a classmate at Brentwood High School and have many good memories of those long-ago years. My husband Clarence and I last saw Pat at our 50th class reunion, and we have long kept track of her family news through December exchanges of letters.. We wish to express our condolences to Demetrios, Jennifer, Judy, and all other family members.

  7. I am devastated to learn of my friend Pat’s passing just today. She and I were best friends throughout grade school and afterwards. I knew her parents and thought well of them.
My sincerest condolences to Dimitri and Jennifer and little Judy. Pat and I often baked cookies together in her kitchen. Had lots of fun with her.

  8. I was full of tears and heartbroken when I heard that Pat had left us forever. She was not only a true friend, but was like a mother and grandmother to me and my kids. She was so kind, generous, and inspiring to everyone around her. She loved everything beautiful and good. My family deeply loved her, loves her, and will love her forever.

Deeply sympathetic to Demetrios, Jennifer, and little Judy. Hope she is free from all diseases in heaven.

    Love,
Jenn, Dennis, Kathy, and Max Yu
