  1. Dear Jennifer, during our lifetimes we meet many people who become friends. Some become very close because they are kindred spirits. Your Mom and Dad were such kindred spirits. When you let us know your Mom passed away it left us with very heavy hearts. We were friends for about 55 years. Your Mom was the kindest, sweetest person we have ever known. We always laughed a lot when we got together and celebrated life in general. We always celebrated her joy when she talked about you and Sam. We loved her and we felt like Family. You all will be in our prayers.

  2. Laurel was one of the best friends ever. She was forever funny and interesting.
I’ll miss our occasional movie and lunch. She was the heart of her family, and seemed to love them all dearly, especially her grandson, Sam. I’ll miss you, Laurel.

  3. Jennifer,
Laurel and I had many an interesting shifts together at good old St. Anthonys. I was in the SICU/ER and her in Respiratory therapy keeping people breathing all night. Even though it was our job we still had many a laughs together and I remember those times fondly. It was nice to talk to her even after she retired. I missed her here at work. Thanks for the memories Laurel!!
