Beloved husband of the late Jessie J. Travers (nee Gonzalez) ; loving father of Daniel (Pam) Travers, Richard (Ely) Travers and Diana (Ken Klable) Miller; dear grandfather of Daniel (Angie) Travers, Amanda Travers, Jennifer (Aaron) Edmondson, Becky (Mike) Schumacher, Miranda (Jesse) Payne, Olivia Miller and Taylore Travers; dear great grandfather of Ella, Nora, Jack and Annabel; dear son of the late Herbert and Christine Travers; dear brother of Margie (Bill) Siegel, Marilyn (John) Morgan, Bob (Francine) Travers, Rickey (Ely) Travers, and the late Eddy (Matilda) Travers, Pat (Norman) Slye, Jimmy (Ruth) Travers and Dorothy (Steve) Nicol, survived by his beloved dog, Buddy. Dear brother-in-law, uncle and friend.

Larry was a proud graduate of Washington University, a Korean War veteran, member of the Rebels’ Rugby team and competed in several triathlons in Missouri and Illinois.He was also a Member of  Missouri Jig and Eelers.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL 10151 Gravois, Monday May 22, 8:30 AM. Interment J.B.National Cemetery. Visitation Sunday May 21, 4-8 PM.
