Weber, Ursula (nee Senderek) passed away peacefully on Sunday November 6, 2022.
Beloved wife of the late Roland K. Weber; dear mother of Kevin Weber; dear aunt of Mark Matschke(Sandy); dear sister of the late Helen Matschke; dear friend to many.
She was born in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, a small town near Essen and Dortmund, north of Cologne, in the North Rhine-Westphalia region. She was the youngest of seven, five brothers and one sister.
In 1962, she came to America and met her future husband, Roland, in St. Louis, MO. They were married in 1965, and was happily married for 45 years until his passing in 2010. She was a seamstress by trade, working at Montaldo’s lady’s specialty shop and as a Bookkeeper for Crestwood Dental Lab for many years.
She was a member of St. Catherine Laboure parish. She loved to cook and enjoyed kaffeeklatches with her friends. She was very active in the German community of St. Louis, belonging to several German organizations where she enjoyed attending dances and events throughout the years. She enjoyed traveling throughout her life, countless cruises and destination travel filled her life with great memories. In the last 10 tens years of her life, she found companionship with Rudi Sterzl and continued to dance and travel.
Ursula lived her life always willing to help others, keeping close friendships with those around her, and bringing a smile to their faces. She will be missed very much by her family and friends. May she rest in peace.
SERVICES: Visitation Thursday, November 10th at Kutis Affton 10151 Gravois from 9:00am-11:00am, 11:00am service in Kutis Chapel, Interment Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
