In Loving Memory

Wright, Nancy Jo

Passed away on May 30th, 2023, in St. Louis, Missouri.  She was born on February 9th, 1945 to the late Jesse and Mary Elizabeth Beasley.  Jo lived a fulfilling life, filled with love, support and kindness.  She was an incredibly dedicated mother to her three children, Deron Lucatorta, Susie (Rohit Gupta) White, and Derek (Marsha) Lucatorta.  She loved being a grandmother to her 6 grandchildren, William, Cara, Ben, Kayla, Tony, and Jesse; and 2 great grand children, Carter and Dante; She was a beloved sister to Jesse (Julie) Beasley, and aunt to Crystal (Chris Artan) O’Malley and Curtis (Michelle) Beasley and great aunt to 4.  She will be greatly missed.
Jo was a dedicated and hardworking store manager for Mobil.  She made many friendships from her colleagues and customers over the years. Jo was everyone’s “Jomom.” She loved cats, the color purple, old cars, and Barbara Streisand. She was a constant source of guidance, wisdom, and inspiration to her family.  She was always there for anyone that needed her with an open minded spirit and loving heart. A private graveside service will be held.

  2. While I did not know Nancy personally, I do know her child Deron and grandchild Jesse quite well. She must have been a great woman to have been by their side until the end as she raised them with the teachings of caring for others and love in their hearts. Jo will be missed dearly by the Lucatorta household, and we the friends of the Lucatortas. May she rest in peace.

  3. Nancy Jo was a beautiful lady inside and out, She was an amazing person and I was so blessed to have her in my life for 44 years. I will sure miss her smile and funny laugh. She was my Sister n law but we always called each other Sisters. She was a very devoted Mother of her three children and always wanted the best for them. I will surely miss her and love her. We will meet again in heaven.
