Beloved husband of the late Mary Ann Mulligan (nee Oldenburg) for 63 years; dear father of Patrick (Rita) Mulligan, Jr.; dear grand-father of Molly (Brent) Yanics, Ian (Lisa) and Shane Mulligan, Colleen (Rick) Bettger, Patrick and Michael Mulligan; dear great-grandfather of Luke, Gabriel, Cora and Colin; our dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend.
Mr. Mulligan retired in 1988 as a 30 year veteran of the St. Louis City Police Dept.
Services: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., on Sunday, March 18, 4-8 p.m. then to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church,Monday for 10 a.m. Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials to Autism Speaks, appreciated.
