Mamaia-2

In Loving Memory

Tudor, Niculina (nee Ianos)

September 20, 1938 - February 11, 2025

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Niculina Tudor on February 11, 2025. Born on September 20, 1938 in Romania, Niculina’s life was a true testament to hard work, sacrifice, and love. She dedicated herself wholeheartedly to her family and the well-being of those around her.

Niculina left her home in Romania and moved to St. Louis, Missouri, to help raise her granddaughter, Armina. This selfless decision marked the beginning of a new chapter in her life, one devoted entirely to supporting and nurturing her family. She found joy in the love and support of her daughter, Nicoleta Petrescu-Tudor, her son-in-law, Florin, and her beloved granddaughter, Armina.

Niculina’s kindness and warmth extended far beyond her family. She touched countless lives in the Romanian community of St. Louis, offering friendship, support, and wisdom to all who knew her. A devout member of the Romanian Orthodox Church, her faith was a guiding light that shaped her life and inspired those around her.

She will be forever remembered for her tireless dedication, gentle spirit, and the deep love she shared with everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and the community she served so faithfully.

Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Friday, February 14 from 6:00-9:00 pm. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm. A service to honor Niculina’s life and legacy will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Romanian Orthodox Church (6501 Nottingham Ave. 63109) on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at 12:30pm.
