Beloved husband for 62 years of Carole Ballard (nee Hradsky); loving father of Kevin (Denise) Ballard, Julie (Jeffrey) Hoevelmann and the late Robin Elaine Ballard; dear grandfather of Stephanie and Rebecca Ballard, Erin, Jonathan and Kaitlyn Hoevelmann; dear brother-in-law, uncle and friend.
Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL 10151 Gravois, Monday November 2, 12 Noon until services at 2:00 PM. Private interment. Memorials to Mercy South Hospice appreciated.
