It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charlotte Barron, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who left us on September 11, 2025.
Charlotte was a beacon of love and kindness. She was known for her nurturing spirit and listening ear. Her smile could brighten any room. Charlotte loved her grandchildren fiercely. Grandma’s house was always a place of love, laughs, and treats. She was a source of comfort and unconditional love.
Charlotte enjoyed time with all children and loved her time as an OASIS tutor. She impacted the lives of many and her legacy will live on through the many lives she touched. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Neal, their three children Rick (Tanya), Scott (Victoria), and Angela (Brian), and their five grandchildren Tom, Amanda, Abigail, Emmett, and Joslynn.
The family has planned a private service to celebrate her life.
Charlotte was a ray of sunshine in the lives and hearts of so many as an Oasis tutor! I was blessed to know her while working at Uthoff Valley and will always cherish her friendship and love in my heart!
The Jung family sends their condolences to the Barrons during this sad time.
May Aunt Charlotte rest in peace and may perpetual light shine upon her.
May God grant peace and comfort during this difficult time to Uncle Neal , Rick, Scott and Angie and their families.
Love
Melissa
