What a great guy , had a hard time growing up but came out of that and was a great friend and coworker.
We parted ways after my retirement but stayed in touch as he too moved to Boeing for more opportunities.
I loved Matt like a son and really was hopeful he could find love in his life again.
My heart is broken/ rest in peace my dear friend 😢❤️
I’m nearly speechless and my heart is heavy. Matt was so talented at singing and playing the guitar. I have many happy memories of our childhood. We shared grandparents, we were first cousins. I did my best to keep in touch with him through Facebook. I wished him nothing but happiness as he was moving on with his life. He is reunited with his first son now and I can’t imagine anything better in the afterlife than rejoining with the ones you loved most. God is great and merciful. Matt is receiving all his rewards in heaven. His mansion is great and his crown is full. Amen
I just learned of your passing Matt and I am at a loss of words. It was a joy working with you and learning your techniques and tips of the trade. You were a skilled machinist and programmeer and we’re so willing to share you knowledge, a attribute that is lacking in the trade we shared. You were always willing to take us newbies under your wing and help us develop the skills to be successful and I could never thank you enough for that. I was bummed when you decided to further your career, but was so happy you finally had the opportunity to make your dreams come true.
May you Rest In Peace.
