We will miss you, deeply and with the fondest of memories to comfort us through now until the rest of our own days.
My deepest condolences to the entire family at this time, and I am so sorry for the passing of this wonderful man. Rest in Peace, Charles.
Dad, one word: Bluffalo. (Inside joke). I know I was a pain in your back side, but I wonder who I learned that from? Thank you for teaching me and testing me on music on the radio while in the car as a kid, the times you let me play hooky from school, so we could have lunch and you’d buy me a stuffed animal or doll. Thank you for allowing me to challenge you as I got older, and oh yeah, buying me those Def Leppard tickets because I was relentless. The special memory, when you would turn out the lights before saying goodnight, you would pretend to ‘blow’ it out. You may not have known how cool I thought you were at times, and I know we could butt heads, but I do love you, deeply and forever. I miss you, I always will. ~Shannon
