  1. I will greatly miss my dear friend. Over the many years of golfing together, John was almost like a father to me. I actually called him Pop! One of the kindest men I ever knew. I’m sure he and his brother Tom have already played some of the great heavenly courses. Goodbye my friend.

  3. Dear Caito family,
We are so saddened to hear of John’s passing. There really are no words to describe what a kind, sweet, wonderful man he was. It was always a pleasure to chat with him here and there, when I was at dad’s, or when he would call to see when I was working. It was a privilege to know John…..he will truly be missed.
Please accept our very deepest sympathy.

  7. Dear Caitos,

Uncle John was one of the greats. He possessed the biggest, warmest smile of anyone I have ever known, and it matched a huge, loving heart. His stories about growing up in St. Louis and about our own mom and dad were amazing and cherished. He was one of a kind. Hard to accept that he is gone. You all have our prayers and deepest sympathies.

  13. We are so sorry, Dave. Your dad was a wonderful kind man. He will be missed at Faith. It was evident by the way he beamed while watching you worship at church that he was very proud of you. Prayers to you and your family as you mourn this loss but celebrate his life as well. Hugs and prayers, Jeff & Amy Ackerman
